Silver linings

I do consider it a good sign that turnout at the polls was so high... at least it's democracy in action.

I'm sure those who know me are quite aware that I am not a big fan of either major-party presidential candidate and that in general I would have preferred to vote "none of the above". So I was bound to be less than thrilled with the results today. But I do take heart that more folks came out to vote.

My other silver lining is "at least it's over" :)
